BOOKING
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is needed for tour conformation.
BAGGAGE
Guests are requested to take the minimum luggage for the number of days on tour - one suitcase not weighing more than 10 kilograms and one handbag, as well as photographic equipment. Any excess luggage can be safely stored free of charge.
INSURANCE
Clients are strongly advised to take out comprehensive insurance cover against possible cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, accidents and loss of personal baggage & money. Kalahari Safaris cannot be held responsible for any injury or loss during an accident.
WILD ANIMALS
Please be aware that these safaris take you into close contact with wild animals. Attacks by wild animals are extremely rare, but no safari into the African wilderness can guarantee that this will not occur. Neither Kalahari Safaris, nor their employees or agents can be held responsible for any injury or accident on safari. Please note that certain camps included in the itineraries may not be fenced.
HEALTH
The Kalahari is MALARIA FREE. No anti-malaria medication needed. Clients with health problems or specific requirements must notify Kalahari Safaris in advance.
ALTERATIONS TO TOURS
The company reserves the right to change the routes, hotels or arrangements set out in the itinerary should conditions make this necessary.
